ABOUT RN411

More than a job board.

A nurse deciding whether to move needs the roles that are genuinely open, and the answers that decide whether one is worth taking. Most boards do the first. RN411 does both.

WHAT RN411 IS

A board on one side. A reference desk on the other.

The two halves answer different questions, and nurses need both in the same week. Keeping them on one site is the entire point.

01 · THE JOBS

Every role here is a nursing role.

Twenty specialties, filtered so medical billing, care coordination and hospital admin never surface in a search for a bedside job. Per diem and travel are first-class filters, not afterthoughts.

02 · THE 411

And the answers before you say yes.

What the state pays, whether your licence travels, what the ratios are on that unit. Written for nurses rather than recruiters, and sourced rather than guessed.

WHY WE BUILT IT

General boards were never built for nurses.

Search "nurse" on a general job board and you get medical billing, care coordination and a dozen roles that never touch a licence. The filters do not know the difference between per diem and part time. Travel is not even offered, because the people who wrote the filter list had no reason to think of it.

So nurses do the work themselves. They search around the noise, then open four more tabs to find out what the state pays, whether the compact covers them, and what the staffing law actually says. The job and the decision live in different places, and nobody joins them up.

RN411 assumes you are going to ask those questions, and puts the answers on the same site.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, and no middle layer.

STEP 1

Search

Keyword, location, specialty and employment type. Narrow it until what is left is worth reading properly.

STEP 2

Apply

Applications go to the employer. There is no agency sitting in the middle taking a cut of the conversation.

STEP 3

Get alerts

Save the search that matched. New roles that fit reach you before you think to go looking again.

Free for nurses, permanently.

Searching, filtering, applying and job alerts cost nothing. Employers pay to post; nurses never do.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Hiring nurses? Post where nurses look.

Your posting sits in front of an audience that is entirely nursing, filtered by the specialty and the employment type you are actually hiring for.
